In Romans 12:6-8, the apostle Paul outlines seven motivational gifts given by the Most High to believers for the edification of the Church and community. These gifts are prophecy, serving, teaching, exhortation, giving, leadership, and compassion. It would be impossible for us to tell you all the various ways you can use your gifts, but we would like to get you going but understand that you are in no way limited to the options we have listed. Here's how each of these gifts can potentially be utilized both within the Church and in your career:

Servers - People with the gift of serving have a heart for meeting practical needs within the body of believers. They may excel in tasks like hospitality or acts of service that support the functioning of the Church.

Where is my gift most needed in the church?

Careerwise: Those with the gift of serving can thrive in careers that involve caregiving, social work, or roles focused on community outreach and support. They may find fulfillment in professions where they can directly impact the lives of others through practical assistance.

Here are some possible career options:  Community Health Worker, Store Manager, Skilled Technician, Craftsman, Creative Artist, Architect, Culinary Arts, Manufacturing and Production, Crafts and Artisan trades, Customer Care, Support Services, and Community Engagement.
