In Romans 12:6-8, the apostle Paul outlines seven motivational gifts given by the Most High to believers for the edification of the Church and community. These gifts are prophecy, serving, teaching, exhortation, giving, leadership, and compassion. It would be impossible for us to tell you all the various ways you can use your gifts, but we would like to get you going but understand that you are in no way limited to the options we have listed. Here's how each of these gifts can potentially be utilized both within the Church and in your career:

Ruler/Leaders - Individuals with the gift of leadership have the ability to provide vision, direction, and guidance to the body of Christ. They can lead with integrity, wisdom, and humility, empowering others to fulfill their roles effectively. They do well in areas where delegation is needed.
