In Romans 12:6-8, the apostle Paul outlines seven motivational gifts given by the Most High to believers for the edification of the Church and community. These gifts are prophecy, serving, teaching, exhortation, giving, leadership, and compassion. It would be impossible for us to tell you all the various ways you can use your gifts, but we would like to get you going but understand that you are in no way limited to the options we have listed. Here's how each of these gifts can potentially be utilized both within the Church and in your career:

Exhorters - Individuals with the gift of exhortation, also known as encouragement, possess a natural ability to uplift, motivate, and inspire others. They excel in roles that involve offering support, guidance, and affirmation to individuals or groups as they pursue their goals and overcome challenges.

Careerwise: Individuals with the gift of encouragement may thrive in roles such as counseling, coaching, or motivational speaking. They can effectively inspire and support others in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges.

Here are some possible career options: Life coach, Career Counselor, Therapist, Motivational Speaker, Sports and Entertainment, Sales, Customer Service, Team Builder, Community Organizer, Comedian, Coach, and Trainer.
