How Can I Use My Gifts?
In Romans 12:6-8, the apostle Paul outlines seven motivational gifts given by the Most High to believers for the edification of the Church and community. These gifts are prophecy, serving, teaching, exhortation, giving, leadership, and compassion. It would be impossible for us to tell you all the various ways you can use your gifts, but we would like to get you going but understand that you are in no way limited to the options we have listed. Here's how each of these gifts can potentially be utilized both within the Church and in your career:
Perceivers/Prophesiers—Those with the gift of prophecy can speak messages from God, edifying, encouraging, and comforting the congregation. They can also offer insights into Scripture and help guide the spiritual direction of the community. This person must be aligned with God and His purposes through prayer and consecration in order for their gift to be effective.

Careerwise: Individuals with the gift of prophecy might excel in roles that require strategic foresight, such as planning, forecasting, or visionary leadership. They can also bring a sense of clarity and direction to their teams or organizations.
